To celebrate World Product Day this year, we wanted to spotlight the best voices in the product space, so we invited the product community to nominate the people and products making the biggest impact on their working lives
Here are this year’s ten standout winners, ranging from new kids on the block to product legends.
Ebi Atawodi’s voice in product leadership is as empowering as it is insightful. What sets her apart is how deeply grounded her advice is. As one nominator put it, “She’s inspiring and shares really useful and actionable things. It’s not bla bla.” Another described her content as “doing the work in the open... grounded in her current practice,” highlighting her commitment to authenticity over theory.
There’s also something about how Ebi shares insights that the community love: “I’m constantly learning from her talks and content,” wrote one supporter, “and love how she amplifies diverse voices in product. All of this added to the fact that she seems like a fun person to hang out with, too.” It’s that blend of expertise and warmth that makes Ebi’s voice resonate with the community on another level. She’s also no stranger to the #mtpcon London stage, leading great talks on collaboration and vision (shameless plug).

Another praised the way she communicates her views: “Her strong beliefs are always presented in a way to involve anyone and invite dialogue.”
Through podcasts, LinkedIn posts, and talks, Francesca’s voice is thoughtful without being distant and opinionated without being closed. As a voter put it: “She is human above all.” Francesca is setting a tone for what thoughtful leadership looks like in this next generation of product leaders.
